12 daily diet guidelines:

Do not eat 3 - 4 hours before bedtime. Use olive oil, flax or sesame oil. Drink lots of water and green tea.
Day 1 - dairy products, 5 cups of yogurt, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea
Day 2 - fruits, citrus 4-6, one tablespoon of olive oil, green tea.
Day 3 - cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
Day 4 - 5 cups of cooked vegetables, two tablespoons of olive oil and green tea.
Day 5 - dark chocolate and green tea.
Day 6 - 6 spoons of apple and olive oil, tea and water.
Day 7 - 300 grams (10 oz.) Cheese and green tea.
Day 8 - four fresh salad with olive oil, green tea.
Day 9 - 400 grams roast beef, one tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
Day 10 - 3-4 fresh salad and green tea.
Days 11 - 500 g cottage cheese, a tablespoon of olive oil and green tea.
Day 12-2 oranges, 5 egg yolks, one banana and green tea.

After 3 - 5 days you can include grilled fish, chicken, steamed vegetables, egg yolks, fruits and vegetables, so do not get a shock to the body. This diet is not recommended for people with health problems!
